I joined as part of AMBteam #2, I had been training on and off for years and felt I had a good knowledge of training and nutrition, however I was unhappy with my results and progression, so it was time to call in a pro to see where I was going wrong…. I was initially drawn to Ben from following him on social media and always finding his content very informative and easy to follow, he also seemed like a genuinely nice guy and not trying to bombard you with products!

What I loved is that Ben didn't ever just chuck a program at you or nutrition plan, it was more a case of looking at your current eating program and tweaking it with new knowledge to get something that was sustainable and would work for your goals! Also my favourite part was that I could basically contact Ben at any point with questions regarding training or nutrition (I had a lot of questions!). Training plans were also customised to you, your level and how many times you could train a week.

I also loved the teammates I was with, so many different people in different situations with different backgrounds and experiences, a great eye opener and a fantastic support group to get through times when you were struggling, it really helped a lot!!

Ben is a fantastic trainer and all round top bloke, I was surprised this course focused just as much on mental health too which was great, Ben really did feel like someone you could talk to about anything, not just a training mentor but a life mentor!. I have come out of this with a much better knowledge of where I was going wrong and a great template of what my diet and training needs to look like to get results, I highly recommend it!

This programme was by far the best investment in myself! I wasn't just told ‘do this’ ‘lift that’ ‘eat this’ I was educated in my approach to training, nutrition & even my lifestyle.

The results I took away from the programme we’re awesome! I truly could not have been happier. I had so many questions throughout the process & Ben was always there, ready to explain any movement.

The programme wasn’t ‘generic’ or just handed out to anyone, it was tailored to me & my goals. There was detailed planning & structure to each and every session. Exercises had been selected for my exact goals & if i wanted further explanation or guidance Ben would always offer assistance.

Loved it, for me being made accountable while in lockdown was very important and Ben did that for me. He was on me (in a positive way) from day 1 when I nearly missed the start date.

Pushed me to eat properly, sleep and not be lazy and go out and get some fresh air every day which I ended up loving and let me broaden my knowledge as I listened to audiobooks.

When joining this programme it was just a natural continuity of training for me with Ben, but the difference with this one was the pandemic and adjusting to just home bodyweight workouts as I had very limited equipment.

This got me back to being lean again as Ben says my 'blocky' look was gone and I was very happy with the results.
